Beomgyu revealed why Jin prefers staying home on his days off.
On the May 6 KST broadcast of ‘Radio Star’, Beomgyu appeared as a guest alongside Choi Daniel, Nam Gyu Ri, and Ahn Ji Young.
During the show, Beomgyu explained that he shares a similar “world-class routine” with Jin. He said, “I’m very close with Jin hyung from BTS. He likes games a lot, and so do I, so whenever we have a day off, I go to his house and we just play games all day.”
Beomgyu added that Jin once told him it is better to spend time at home than going out because “there’s less risk and it’s more comfortable.”
The comment drew laughter and agreement from the hosts, with Kim Gura and Yoo Se Yoon joking that celebrities often think “going out leads to trouble.”
When asked whether going out could still be fun, Beomgyu firmly responded, “No, no, no!” He explained that even if someone does not intend to get into trouble, “you never know what could happen in the world.”
Beomgyu also revealed his introverted personality, saying that while the other TXT members travel during breaks, he prefers staying indoors. “If we get a two-week vacation, the other members go on trips they couldn’t take before. But I stay at the dorm for the full two weeks. I’m extremely introverted,” he said.
Meanwhile, TXT debuted under BigHit Music in 2019 and renewed contracts as a full group in August last year.
