Being a fan of a K-Pop idol is, more often than not, an all-encompassing experience, where even the most mundane aspects of an artist’s life significantly influence their following. A series like “What’s In My Bag” has a unique appeal for that very reason—it allows fans to perceive their idols from a regular person’s perspective.
Though none of the BTS members have ever participated in these series, ARMYs recently got a peep of something similar from V.
V is definitely not one of the more active members of the group on Instagram, but he took the time to update fans on the platform on May 14, KST. Unlike some of his previous posts, which were related to his professional projects, such as his new campaign with the fashion brand CELINE or his magazine covers, this new post shared some very candid moments of his life.
The photos ranged from V working at the studio to exploring the streets at night to hanging out with his close friends.
V has a notable friend group that he seems to be the closest with outside of his group, which fans know as the “Wooga Squad.” This group consists of actors Park Hyung Sik, Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Sik, and singer-songwriter Peakboy. But in his recent post, an additional member joined the Wooga Squad’s hangout, and it was none other than Jungkook.
V posted a separate photo of him and Jungkook, posing with a plastic bag held in his mouth. While fans were happy to see the two youngest members of BTS goofing around like old times, some hawk-eyed ARMYs found familiar silhouettes in the picture. Before anyone knew it, they had cracked the code and figured out the contents inside the plastic bag V was holding!
Fans mostly recognized three snack packaging from the photo:
Orion Poca Chips
The blue packaging of the chips is clearly visible on the left side of the bag.
Nongshim Shrimp Crackers (Hot &Spicy)
Fans recognized the black and orange color scheme of these crackers in the middle of the bag.
Lotte Kancho Choco Biscuits
From the reddish hue and some of the discernable graphic design on the right, fans are guessing the third snack in the bag was these delicious mini biscuits.
So, even though we still don’t really know what V might carry around in his bag for his day-to-day schedules, we surely do know his or his squad’s go-to snacks for a night out. Not too shabby for an unofficial bag reveal!
