The results of the report surprised many Korean and international netizens.

Specifically, the Top 10 most expensive entertainment company headquarters include:

1. YG Entertainment: 200 billion KRW ($169.2 million).

YG Entertainment bought a building in Hapjeong-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul (Korea) for an auction price of 2.8 billion KRW, then moved to a nearby location to build a new building worth approx. 180 billion KRW.

In 2016, Mapo District and YG signed an agreement to turn Hapjeong-dong into a combined tourism space. The total estimated value of the 2 buildings that YG owns is about 200 billion KRW.
