BLACKPINK Becomes First K-Pop Girl Group To Take Home Two Awards At The MTV EMAs

Congrats to the girls!

K-Pop girl group BLACKPINK won two awards at the 2022 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMA)! They took home both the Best Metaverse Performance and member Lisa won the Best K-Pop award with her solo album, LALISA.

This now makes them the first K-Pop girl group to take home two trophies from the MTV EMAs. Lisa has also become the first solo artist to win the Best K-Pop Award. Congrats to the girls!
