BTS’ album Wings was released on October 10, 2016 but its era began a month earlier with a series of solo short films: Begin (Jungkoo), Lie (Jimin), Stigma (V), First Love (Suga), Reflection (RM), Mama (J-Hope) and Awake (Jin)
Stigma further reveals V’s tragic backstory. In the BTS Universe, V plays a captured troublemaker. While in the police station, this character recalled the pain he suffered at the hands of his alcoholic father.
In a flashback, V can be seen hugging his sister, protecting her in his arms.
This little sister character is played by actress Seo Eun Ah. Although only appeared briefly, Eun Ah had a spectacular performance. This is when she stands between her brother and father…
…and when she was pushed to the ground by her father…
…that’s when V’s character decides that’s enough!
Eun Ah also appeared in the MV I Need U as V’s younger sister.
So far, the identity of this sister is still very little. Partly because Eun Ah’s name doesn’t appear on the list of Stigma or I Need U actors . However, she was recorded on the website of the management company Big Boss Entertainment.
Accordingly, Eun Ah was born in 1989, 32 years old this year. At the time of Stigma ‘s release, she was 27 years old and already had a long acting career.
She started her career in 2005 when she appeared on Dove commercials. After a few small roles, she got her first lead role in 2013 in the film Act , which won her the Grand Bell Award for Best New Actress.
In 2013, she made her television debut in Flower Boys Next Door . The closest are Na Seong Gyeong from Soul Mechanic and Ah Sa Mot from Arthdal Chronicles .
Regarding the MV, in addition to I Need U and Stigma , she also played Jang Bum Joon’s Difficult Woman . If BTS continues the BTS Universe storyline, it would be great to see Eun Ah revived as V’s sister!
