BTS is far ahead of Blackpink on November K-pop Singer chart

Recently, the Korean Business Research Institute has announced the reputation rankings of singers in November 2022. Surprised that BTS’s score is nearly 4 times higher than Blackpink’s!

This chart is determined through big data collected from October 26 to November 26 from many Korean singers, based on frequency of participation in activities, media coverage, network index. social activities, community activities…

BTS holds onto this month’s number one spot with a brand reputation index of 15,693,195, marking an increase of 55.58% since October.

The group recorded such an outstanding score thanks to Jungkook’s performance at the 2022 World Cup.

Lim Young Woong

Meanwhile, Lim Young Woong rose to second place on the chart despite dropping 11.8% since last month. His total score for this month is 6,837,983.

Male singer Lim Young Woong is currently one of the most successful solo singers in Korea. His fans are mostly middle-aged audiences. In early May, male trot singer Lim Young Woong released the album IM HERO . In just 3 days after its debut, IM HERO ‘s total album sales  have reached more than 1 million copies.

Blackpink stands at the top position with a brand reputation index of 4,623,409. The majority of BTS Blackpink’s score comes from the group’s Born Pink global tour .


Male singer Lee Chan Won ranked at No.4 with a total index of 4,125,095. Finally, rookie NewJeans entered November’s No.5 with a brand reputation index of 3,974,034.

The positions from No.6 to No.10 belong to Cho Yong Pil, IU, (G)I-DLE, Kim Ho Joong and Young Tak, respectively.
